Post-construction cleaning is planned for the final stage after work is complete and the selected areas are available to clean. We review the amount of dust, finished materials, rooms, standard accessible interior windows, trim, empty cabinets, reachable fixtures and floors. The sequence addresses surface dust before final floor care, using methods appropriate to each finish. Construction dust in new or empty appliances is different from old grease or food residue in used appliances, which may be a separate extra. Exterior glass, high access, paint or adhesive residue, debris removal and any later touch-up visit require individual review before approval. Suspected hazardous dust or specialist remediation is outside ordinary final cleaning. Estimates can use room counts or measured area, with basement counted once.
