Your written service agreement identifies the approved scope, price and scheduling conditions for your visit. An online estimate does not create an appointment or payment.

Website estimates are starting references based on the information you provide. The selected areas, condition, access and extras are reviewed before the written price is confirmed. See a starting estimate for your rooms, with optional finished basement. Italo confirms the full scope and written price before scheduling. You supply the cleaning products; we bring the equipment.

If something in the agreed work needs attention, contact the responsible person so the issue can be reviewed and the next step discussed with you.

Scheduling, cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided in writing before your first visit.
